Seaview Yacht Club invited us to provide production for their New Year’s Eve Studio  54–themed Dinner & Dance, and we were delighted to be chosen again after previously supplying silent disco equipment and bubble machines for their summer events.

The brief was to transform the marquee into a glamorous disco space that felt immersive, stylish, and true to the iconic Studio 54 aesthetic.

Working closely with the client, we designed and delivered a complete production solution featuring two large statement mirrorballs rigged from the marquee ceiling, with pinspot lighting to maximise sparkle and movement across the room. Our starlit LED dancefloor formed the centrepiece of the space, complemented by 15 LED mood cubes arranged to create practical and visually striking seating areas. To complete the setup, we installed a 3 m × 3 m starcloth backdrop, providing a clean, polished finish and hiding the rear of the marquee.

With DJ Crabbie on the decks, the production and lighting worked to create an energetic yet refined atmosphere as guests danced their way into the year 2026.

The finished result delivered exactly what the client envisioned – a stylish, disco-inspired celebration that felt high-end, immersive, and full of energy from start to finish.
